This offer is subject to the following terms and conditions of sale:
1. The breakfast must be booked online as part of a reservation made online, and at the time of booking
2. This price will not be made available for customers who buy over the phone.
3. Should you wish to add breakfast as part of a reservation at a later date will pay the full breakfast price.
